Year in Review



Jan - Apr: Living in Dairy Barn of campus farm. Last semester of B.Sc. Working half-time at moderately-sized biotech company. Working weekends on farm.

May: Start Europe adventure. Work on horse farm in Ireland. Explore Ireland.

June: Lots of London. Paris. Barcelona, San Sebastian. Nimes, Nice, Monaco. Cinque Terre, Pisa, Rome, Amalfi, Pompei.

July: Corfu, more Rome, Florence and Tuscany, Venice, St. Johann, Vienna, Cesky Krumlov, Prague.

August: Dresden, Berlin, Amsterdam, more London, Edinburgh. End Europe adventure. Move to Salt Spring Island to begin wildlife care internship.

Sept - Dec: On Salt Spring living in 8' x 10' unheated shed-like cabin in woods. Working 80 hr weeks for about a dollar an hour.

Dec: Moved back into Vancouver. Started job as a tech in university mouse unit. Cue the social life.

I just had the best year of my life.

In the spirit of science, making lists and taking stock, I created a list of the professions of boys that I've kissed. I don't really see any trends. I plan to add to it tonight.
