Expressing Love

Shyness is the fear of expressing yourself. You may believe you don't know how to dance or how to sing, but this is just repression of the normal human instinct to express love.

I read this and think about how I've had all of the moments of singing and dancing, of rapture, while going through this process. Is that the love that's within me coming back to life? The years of repression slowly lifting.
